  1. South Dakota State: 110 pts (11) first-place votes, last week (1)

No League losses, staying at the top

 

2. Oral Roberts: 104 pts, last week (2)

Home loss to NDSU has Bison closing the gap, in second for now.

 

3. North Dakota State: 92 pts, last week (4)

Bison lose to Kansas City and beat ORU on the road move up one spot.

 

 

4. South Dakota: 67 pts, last week (6)

Coyotes are winners of 4 straight league games and have climbed 4 spots in two weeks

 

5. Kansas City: 64 pts, last week (5)

Roos have won 3 straight including a win against NDSU and may be asking why didn’t we move up.

 

6. Western Illinois: 41 pts, last week (3)

Leathernecks have been inconsistent and it causes a drop of 3 spaces as teams on win streaks pass them.

 

7. Denver: 41 pts, last week (8)

A pair of home wins and the Pioneers move up a spot.

 

8. St Thomas: 40 pts, last week (7)

Early season feel-good story has lost 3 straight and find itself in 8th.

 

9. Omaha:  19 pts, last week (9)

North Dakota continues to lose keeping Omaha in 9th.

 

10. North Dakota: 15 pts, last week (10)

Close but no cigar means 10th in the power rankings.

    Perhaps you worked for ESPN at some point. #1 school is South Dakota State. Dakota State is an NAIA school in Madison and they are not in the Summit league.
