Defensive Player of the Week
G Mason Archambault
South Dakota
His coach lobbied for him, Jay Elsen from Midco sports lobbied for him and the voters took notice. Archambault took the mission of guarding two of the league’s top scorers and played shutdown defense. In turn, his team swept the week at home. Trenton Massner and Riley both look forward to easier days ahead when they don’t draw the defense of Archambault.
