Below are the weekly power rankings updated 12/14
1. South Dakota State: 90pts. (9) LW 1. As they have all season the Jacks receive all the first-place votes and remain on top.
2. North Dakota State: 77pts. LW 2. NDSU remains in second but gains points from last week. Impressive considering NDSU won their first two games of the season during the Dakota Showcase.
3. Oral Roberts: 71pts. LW 3. The top 3 teams in our rankings put a bit more distance between themselves and the rest of the league this week.
4. South Dakota: 52pts. LW 7. After a win in the Dakota Showcase, the Coyotes jump 3 spots this week. They continue to bounce all over our rankings week to week.
5. North Dakota: 49pts. LW 6. Participating in the Dakota Showcase was good for teams’ rankings. UND moves up one spot this week.
6. Omaha: 47pts LW 4. The loss of Marlon Ruffin appears to be catching up with the Mavericks as they drop two spots.
7. Kansas City: 25pts LW 5. A rough week for the Roos leads to a drop in the rankings for the Summit newcomers.
8. Western Illinois: 24pts LW 9. For the first time, this season the Leathernecks jump out of the cellar. Coming close to passing Kansas City as well.
9. Denver: 15pts. LW 8. The pioneers have been near the bottom all season but after a slow start to the season, Denver finds themselves at the bottom.
