Forward Douglas Wilson South Dakota State
Wilson had a nice stat line for the road win against rival North Dakota State. The Senior Forward had 14 points with 5 rebounds. However, it probably isn’t his stat line that solidified his receiving the senior of the week. It was what he did at the very end of the game. First, with time winding down, Wilson Shook Sam Griesel (who is waiting for a replacement pair of shoes from Amazon because that pair is destroyed) drove the lane for a tie-breaking dunk. Then on the other end as the clock was set to expire Wilson blocked a Rocky Kreuser fadeaway to solidify the win for the Jackrabbits.

Denver would eventually fall but showed that fight they have shown all season. Smith led all Denver scorers with 17 points along with grabbing 4 rebounds in the loss to Oral Roberts.
