In the actual standings, they are listed behind USD because of overall record; however, if the season ended today, and if we are reading the rules correctly, SDSU would be the 1-seed due to a higher NET ranking. T-3. North Dakota (74 points). North Dakota made well of their Denver/Omaha road trip, defeating Denver 73-64 and Omaha 74-61. Last Week: 3
T-3. Kansas City (74 points). Kansas City is starting to look like who we thought they were going to be. Winners of 7 of their last 8 games, including 5 in a row, they defeated Western Illinois twice last week, 74-66 and 87-85; and then defeated St. Thomas 62-57. Last week: 4
5. Oral Roberts (62 points). Oral Roberts stays put at 5 this week after defeating both Western Illinois and St. Thomas last week. Last Week: 5
6. North Dakota State (47 points). The Bison defeated Omaha 69-53 and lost to Denver 48-62 last week, causing them to stay at 6. Last Week: 6
7. Western Illinois (42 points). WIU lost 3 games last week, twice to Kansas City (66-74 and 85-87), and once to ORU 55-71. Last Week: 7
8. Denver (30 points). Denver jumps a spot this week after losing to UND in OT 64-73, and defeating NDSU 62-48. Last week: 9
9. St. Thomas(19 points). The Tommies lost both their games last week; losing to KC 57-62 and ORU 67-73. Last Week: 8
