Kristi Echelberry of Youngstown State holds the league-record for free throws made in a tournament game with 15. Echelberry made 15 free throws against Buffalo in a Mid-Continent Conference tournament game on March 6, 1995. The Penguins went on to earn a runner-up finish after falling to Western Illinois 73-60 in the 1994-95 title game.
